We can conduct an exercise to quantify your own risk tolerance by assigning it a score between 1 and 100. We do the same for your investments and can compare the two numbers to help you understand how much risk you are actually taking compared to your comfort level. We do this by using Riskalyze, a tool based on a framework that won the Nobel Prize in Economics.
